LEGO Classic is rumoured to be releasing another new set in 2023

LEGO Classic could be getting more colourful, as rumours of four new upcoming Creative Kits coming in 2023 surface online.

LEGO Classic is one of the most versatile themes, with sets providing recommendations for what you can build but also encouraging imaginative creation. According to Stonewars, your imagination will be able to run even wilder with another new set rumoured to become available in 2023.

Joining the other four rumoured sets reportedly coming to the theme in 2023, 11031 is believed to be coming out in January of next year. Information is low on the ground regarding this set, with price, piece count, and full name unknown.

We know more about the other four sets that are rumoured to be on the way, with one set allegedly called 11027 Neon Creative Kit, suggesting that the usual LEGO colours will be rendered in neon tones. For those who want a more muted palette, LEGO Classic is rumoured to be bringing out 11028 Pastel Creative Kit at around the same time.

At 333 pieces, the two sets are expected to be the same size as 11018 Creative Ocean Fun. You can then probably expect to be able to make seven figures from the sets’ own instructions, or use the new colours to make creative MOC builds of your own.

Also rumoured to be on their way are two much larger sets: 11029 Party Creative Kit at 900 pieces and 11030 Large Creative Kit at 1,000. This places them in the same ballpark as some of the largest sets from the entire LEGO Classic theme.

We expect 11030 will be an update to 10698 Large Creative Brick Box, minus the box. There’s no word on what kind of LEGO pieces we might expect to see yet, like windows, plates, or wheels, but most LEGO Classic sets include at least a few varieties to expand out the sets.

We’ll need to wait for official confirmation from the LEGO Group until we can set our sights on these sets for sure, of course. For now, the entire list of rumoured LEGO Classic sets and what we’ve heard about them can be found below. If these sets are on the way, you can expect the reveals shortly before they’re available to buy.
