LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga news coming “very shortly”

The TT Games website has been updated with the Gamescom trailer for LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga and teases the next news drop.

Just as soon as we finally received a new gameplay trailer for LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, developing studio TT Games is eager to keep the excitement up with one simple statement on their updated website – ‘We look forward to sharing more news about this epic new title very shortly.’

That sentence is featured in a blog post recognising the Gamescom announcement. With a release window of spring 2022, the wording of ‘very shortly’ could mean that the next lot of information for the title will come before the end of the year.

Of course, this hasn’t been confirmed and this sentiment has not been noticeably shared outside of the TT Games website, so take it with the usual amount of skepticism just in case.

For those who have yet to catch up, the new gameplay trailer gave us a look at what a year’s worth of development time had done to the title with comparable screenshots, a peek at the next phase of LEGO open worlds and five fresh levels for the game.
