LEGO Star Wars 75367 Jabba’s Sail Barge could be a better UCS bet than 75331 The Razor Crest

If proved true, LEGO Star Wars 75367 Jabba’s Sail Barge could make better use of the UCS size than 75331 The Razor Crest.

Today’s LEGO Star Wars rumours centre around 75367 Jabba’s Sail Barge, as reported by Instagram user lego_insider_news. If it turns out to be true, this $649.99 would be $50 more expensive than last year’s UCS set, 75331 The Razor Crest. As we noted in our own report, 75367 Jabba’s Sail Barge is far from confirmed, with rumour accounts themselves warning people not to pin too many hopes on the set.

Nonetheless, speculating on how this UCS version of Jabba’s Khetanna could shape up is our favourite way to spend the afternoon. In particular, getting a larger scale version of Jabba’s ship would actually lend itself better for interactivity and play than 75331 The Razor Crest. While there are plenty of details tucked away inside 75331, they are just that – tucked away.

The nature of the ship means that you need to reach in from the top to interact with the brick-built ship. However, with Jabba’s sail barge standing taller, it could offer the ability to lift side panels away, revealing the interior inside. For the price tag and piece count, we’d expect impressive detail for the interior – and it’s got the exact structure to display it nicely.

What’s more, there’s the possibility of having side builds alongside the main barge, such as the smaller skiffs that surrounded the ship and transported criminals. Of course, there’s no guarantee that these would be included, but there are more obvious opportunities than the Razor Crest, which was rarely seen alongside any other ships for a long period of time.

For now, this is all pure speculation. Stay tuned for any further news on this or any other LEGO Star Wars rumours, which we’ll only be able to confirm with official words from the LEGO Group.
