Next-gen LEGO Discovery Center just opened its doors in America

North America has just welcomed guests to the first of the next generation of LEGO Discovery Centers during its opening.

The first of three LEGO Discovery Centers in North America has opened in Atlanta, with an opening that featured a giant LEGO soft brick wall and confetti to celebrate its first day. Guests both young and old then had the. opportunity to experience the new Spaceship Build & Scan, DUPLO Park, and more.

Following a $5 million dollar renovation, Atlanta families will now be the first to experience the next generation of LEGO Discovery Centers in North America. Such attractions have already been established to great success in Europe, like the rainbow-coloured building in Brussels.

“Over the past few months, we’ve worked very hard to make the LEGO Discovery Center Atlanta the ultimate adventure for families to play, explore, create and have fun together,” said Jamica Butler, General Manager of the LEGO Discovery Center. “We are thrilled to see the excited faces of families as they explore all the new experiences!”
