Star Wars Jedi: Survivor could get an update very soon
We could learn more about the video game sequel to Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order before the end of the year.
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will reportedly be featured at The Game Awards 2022, taking place on December 8. This means we could get a new trailer, release date, and pre-order date, according to Insider Gaming. This aligns with the anticipated (but not confirmed) release window of March 2023, in line with EA’s calendar that showed a ‘Major IP’ to be released then.
The game takes place five years after Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, with the description of the game stating that “Cal must stay one step ahead of the Empire’s constant pursuit as he continues to feel the weight of being one of the last remaining Jedi in the galaxy”.
A teaser trailer was released in May 2022, but contains little actual gameplay, focusing instead on the narrative driving this video game. Coming from studio Respawn Entertainment, developed in collaboration with Lucasfilm Games, what graphics we have already seen are in the same style and with the same top quality as the popular Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is one of eight Star Wars video games expected for the next few years, with Disney saying that it plans to release a Star Wars game every six months.
